Refund Policy
Exchanges and Returns
At Shiu, we offer a limited exchange policy due to our commitment to “made-to-order” products.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for size adjustments within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that items marked as SALE or ONE SIZE are not eligible for exchanges.
- Returns: Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item at hello@shiuofficial.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Authorization and Verification: Any return requests will be subject to authorization and verification by our team. Once authorized, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations beyond this timeframe are not generally accepted, except in exceptional circumstances. Any acceptance of cancellations beyond 24 hours will be at the sole discretion of Shiu. Canceled orders will result in a credit to your credit card or account.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed as a credit to your Credit Card, Net Banking, or Debit Card account within 7 business days.
